1 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched along with your tracking details.

3 How to Track Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active with the courier.

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages if sourced from different fulfillment hubs. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra charge.
