30-Day Happiness Guarantee: We want you and your pup to love every step! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item was received within the last 30 days.
  • The product is unused, clean, and in its original condition.
  • It remains in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at thepuppysteps@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 24–48 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely and post it back to our UK warehouse.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or immediate refund.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
